⦁ If you need a piece repaired, please contact us for further assistance. There may be a charge for repairs and replacement of any missing beads or stones. Please call beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Indicate your reason for the repair, and package your item safely and securely with insurance. All repairs will be made on a first-received basis and will be returned to you promptly.

⦁ Please make sure to insure your package for your protection. Do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Laura Ingalls Designs does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the item is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled in any way.
